HRC attacks Bernie again, saying "nobody likes him" among other things.
https://www.cnn.com/2020/01/21/politics ... index.html

HRC said:
"He was in Congress for years. He had one senator support him. Nobody likes him. Nobody wants to work with him. He got nothing done. He was a career politician. It's all just baloney, and I feel so bad that people got sucked into it,” she said.
Bernie responds to the Clinton comment: On a good day, my wife likes me.

Tulsi Gabbard's comments on the incident:
Tulsi Gabbard scolded Hillary Clinton for claiming no one likes Bernie Sanders, suggesting that the former secretary of state's comments sounded more like gossip found among school lockers than analysis by a former Democratic presidential nominee.

"This isn't high school. This is real life, everyday issues that people are really struggling with and dealing with that they're looking to leaders in Washington to solve," the Hawaii congresswoman, 38, told reporters on Tuesday.

Tulsi also has Bernie's back. I bet she is a misogynist too (< sarcasm)

I think the more the Clinton types attack him, the more momentum it gives him. A bit like Trump tbh

Bernie is leading in new CNN national poll. I bet the oligarchs are scrambling in their shadows

Sanders 27%
Biden 24%
Warren 14%
Buttigieg 11%
Bloomberg 5%
Klobuchar 4%

Smears loading... They'll try the same kind of bs they threw at Corbyn. Only I suspect Bernie will benefit from the 'Trump effect' by which I mean attacks will likely strengthen him because it seems the American people are tired of the establishment.
This morning’s NH Democratic Primary poll from @WBUR is going to get a lot of attention. It shows @BernieSanders moving into a big lead:

-Sanders 29%
-Buttigieg 17%
-Biden 14%
-Warren 13%
-Klobuchar 6%
-Yang 5%
-Gabbard 5%
-Steyer 2%

Sanders is +14 since December

Iowa voted today, the first state, but there are delays in the reporting of the results. Based on polls prior to and during the caucuses, it appears Sanders will win, but not confirmed yet.

#MayorCheat as he's now known, seems to think he's got it in the bag.

Interesting that his campaign paid money to the company who made the app at the centre of this travesty.

What a debacle...

Fareed Zakaria's take on his show today:

https://www.cnn.com/videos/politics/202 ... ps-vpx.cnn

He warns about the Dems nominating a socialist or Democratic socialist and provides the Corbin example of a sure way to lose. See the last minute of this video clip.

He and his news channel (CNN) are part of the corrupt establishment from the point of view of left wing populism.

The rise of populism cannot be separated from the wider use of social media that ended news channels monopoly on interpreting the political reality. It began on the right because the establishment in general utilizes politically correct rhetoric to advance its agenda, but that does not mean that the left leaning are not learning.

Some YouTube channels such as The Young Turks, Secular Talk and David Pakman show are hard-core Bernie supporters and anti establishment, and they appeal mainly to young voters who spend much more time on the internet than watching TV. In the last democratic debate, Bernie mentioned that the involvement of younger voters would help defeat Trump.

If any of the democratic candidates have a slight chance to defeat Trump, it would be Bernie. He is a true idealist in a non-pretentious way hence many of Trump's tricks wont work against him.

Criticizing Bernie seems to be working in his favor so far.

Bernie leading in New Hampshire, looks like he’ll win that state.

Meanwhile on the Republican side in the New Hampshire primaries:

Trump 86%
Bill Weld 9%

Not bad for Weld, considering Trump is the incumbent. New Hampshire is known for having Libertarian or libertarian leaning voters (Bill Weld is running as a Republican, but is basically a Libertarian).

Michael Bloomberg qualifies for Nevada debate tomorrow and surges in new national polls, now about 19% in second place behind Bernie.

Greetings,

It seems the Democrat membership comprise of similar numbers of moderates and socialists.

As one moderate falters, their followers will switch to another moderate. Hence, Bloomberg is now picking up the moderate slack after Biden's predictable collapse.

Bernie's got the socialist nomination down pat, so I expect Warren to fade away.
