:thumb: 407 million views. I like their In the end single, but don't think that counts as socially aware, but a catchy tune.

Greetings,

'body who read the Jungle Book knows that Riki tiki tavi's a mongoose who kills snakes
(Well) when I was a young man I was led to believe there were organisations to kill my snakes for me
Ie the church ie the government ie the school
(but when I got a little older) I learned I had to kill them myself

Don't forget 9/11 people. 3,000 people murdered on TV in broad daylight and the official explanation of the event was presented to you by individuals who told many lies to start many unrelated wars to murder millions of people.

Greetings,

The following "true story" song depicts the time that UK Prime Minister Tony Blair tried to get Pulp's Jarvis Cocker to "rock the vote" for his Champagne Socialism (renamed here as Cocaine Socialism, due to the actual substances offered at the time)

Unlike many celebrities and entertainers, Jarvis opted to expose the chicanery via the medium of song, rather than shill for the elite, proving that, in fact, he does have more in common with the "common people" than the champagne swilling, cocaine-snorting "elite".

As an interesting post-script, Tony Blair was recently identified as having connections with recently suicided pedophile and child sex trafficker, Jeffrey Epstein.
